Isn’t it amazing when you have so much to say and then you are confronted by a blank page and the words just dry up. Here’s a little bit about me and what you can expect from this blog once the words run free:
- I am a family man, with a beautiful wife and three amazing children (and another child on the way).
- I am passionate about helping people find and achieve their passions. We all have a special talent to share with the world and every talent is required for us to achieve our best together.
- I am a pragmatic idealist, always aiming for the best outcome but understanding that a large journey starts with a single step.
- I believe that successful organisations of the future will be employers of choice; have customer evangelists; embed visions and strategies that improve people, society and the environment; and focus on value, outcomes and capability building.
